Yassine Belkabir — Managing Director
UK Chartered Engineer (IOM3) and NI 43-101 Qualified Person.
Yassine founded ABM in 2018 with the objective of delivering integrated technical and transaction advisory tailored to African mining environments.
His background combines:
- Feasibility study oversight and mine optimisation
- Technical due diligence for acquisitions and divestitures
- Asset valuation and financial modelling
- M&A execution support and transaction structuring input
- Government and institutional advisory mandates
He has advised listed mining companies, private operators, institutional investors, and public-sector entities across gold, base metals, and polymetallic assets within African jurisdictions.
As an NI 43-101 Qualified Person and Chartered Engineer, Yassine ensures that ABM’s technical outputs meet international reporting and governance standards.
