Yassine Belkabir
Managing Director
Yassine founded ABM in 2018 to deliver integrated technical and transaction advisory tailored to African mining environments. He has advised listed mining companies, private operators, institutional investors and public-sector entities across gold, base-metal and polymetallic assets within African jurisdictions. As an NI 43-101 Qualified Person and Chartered Engineer, he ensures that ABM’s technical outputs meet international reporting and governance standards.

Abdelaziz Kissa
Exploration Geologist & Project Manager
Runs exploration projects end to end, from programme design and permitting follow-up to field execution and reporting.
The core team is supported by ABM’s permanent field exploration team of geologists and technicians, and by administrative staff in our Casablanca and Marrakech offices.
Beyond its permanent team, ABM maintains a network of freelance specialists — more than 150 vetted CVs spanning exploration and mine geology, mining engineering, mineral processing, metallurgy, ESG and permitting — mobilised on a mandate-specific basis across Africa.
